What it is
Dojo Kanri is a membership system built for the way UK martial arts organisations are actually structured: an association at the top, clubs beneath it, and households of members across them. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper registers and bank statements the work normally spreads across.
Associations and clubs administer their own side. Members and instructors use their own portal, where a parent can hold and renew memberships for their children from one account.
What it does

One record per person, families managed together, members across more than one association.
Renewals and NGB licences
Licence numbers allocated on purchase, reminders sent, governing-body returns generated.
Gradings
Grading paths and levels, candidates processed on the day, results issued to member profiles.
Sessions and attendance
Weekly timetables per club and venue, instructor-confirmed registers, printable.
Events and competitions
Courses, socials and tournaments — tickets, online booking, check-in, brackets and mats.
Invoicing and payments
Bill a member, a club or the association; card or bank transfer; refunds and discounts.
Where it is up to
Dojo Kanri is in limited release for extended testing. It is running live with Shinrai Karate-Do Association, who hold their membership on it. We are not taking on new associations yet.
General release will follow once that period of testing is complete. If you run an association or a club and want to be told when it opens, register your interest and we will contact you.

Members and administrators of participating associations sign in at members.dojokanri.com — with an email address and password, a member number, or Google sign-in.
Plans
Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by the size of the organisation they cover — members, clubs, instructors and events.
